Williams Kherkher Law Firm, through the efforts of attorney Troy Chandler, helped put together the largest single day
distribution of A Simple Thread kits. The firm donated $2000 for kit items plus a whole bunch of volunteers. We assembled
265 adult kits and distributed all of those, plus an additional 15 kid kits. There were so many people who needed our simple
kits. It was a miraculous day. In December 2009, Troy and Williams Kherkher Law Firm stepped
up again, donating money for 200 kits plus sleeping bags. Lots of volunteers helped to distribute everything to our neighbors
who are homeless.
